Univermag building before the war and today. In this building
General field marshal Friedrich Paulus surrender in 31 january 1943.

Tsaritsa ravine, little south from the absolute Staliningrad centre.
During the battle this slopes was filled with tunnels and rooms.
Some people say that the tunnels was connected with buildings in the
centre of the town, but i don't know, interesting idea do.

The famous T-34 tank some kilometres west from town. This
tank marking the place where soldiers of the 21st and 62nd
Armies met on January 26th, 1943.

A Soviet AT-grenade ( just the body of it ) and some ammo boxes
and other rusty war items.

Our guide told us that this building and some more in the
northern part of Stalingrad MAYBE was left fairly intact after the war.
See the b/w picture that shows a similar house in the same area under
an attack from german tanks.
