Volgograd volunteer search association "POISK" ("Search") finds and reburies missing Soviet soldiers at Rossoshka memorial  and at Mamaev Hill memorial cemeterys.

More than 18 000  Red Army soldiers missed in action, were found over the time of search association activities .

68 Red Army heroes, missed in action during battle for Stalingrad were solemnly buried at the Memorial cemetery of Mamaev hill, so called "Capital height of Russia"

Two of them have readable ID. Mans from Kazakhstan (Karaganda  region) and Ukraine (Odessa region)

Search groups visit the old battlefields as often as possible. We will continue our efforts.
